Nerys has presented at over a hundred farmer events during her career, on a wide range of sheep related topics, such as ewe nutrition and BCS, lameness and parasite control, to name a few.  

Nerys also has experience in chairing and facilitating events.  Ensuring the event objectives are achieved, are delivered on time and enable audience participation and contribution.

Nerys completed a PhD researching the impact of ewe BCS and liveweight on ewe fertility and lamb performance, namely daily liveweight gain, through to weaning. 

Nerys qualified as farm animal SQP in 2012 and has a keen interest in sheep parasites. 

Nerys is an independent technical advisor to the pan industry SCOPS steering group. 

Nerys has experience delivering training for farmers, SQP’s and vets relating to sheep parasite control. Get in touch if you have any groups that would be interested. Training can be undertaken in several formats from webinars and podcasts to good old-fashioned in-person meetings.
